STAGE 01

Combed and carded cotton yarns from trusted Bangladeshi and Indian spinners are checked for count, twist and hairiness before they reach the creel.

STAGE 02

Thousands of ends are wound parallel onto the warp beam and sized so they survive the speed of the loom without breaking.

STAGE 03

Rapier and air-jet looms interlace warp and weft into greige cloth in plain, twill, cord and dobby structures.

STAGE 04

Our 25-member QC team inspects every roll for broken picks, floats and shade issues, day and night shifts alike.

Target: fresh productivity above 98%

STAGE 05

Reactive, pigment, two-tone, camouflage and printed finishes, with peach, water-repellent, paper-touch and PU coating options.

Partner dye-houses on commission

STAGE 06

Through our sister concern Glamour Apparel BD Ltd., fabric can move straight from our rolls onto a sewing line in Gazipur.

Fabric-to-garment in one group

STAGE 07

Finished rolls leave by our own transport for garment factories and ports, bound for Europe, North and South America, Turkey and Australia.

On-time delivery, own fleet
