What we collect

• What you type into the enquiry form: name, company, email, phone, country and the fabric details you choose to give.
• Technical details sent with the form: your IP address and browser type, used to block spam and repeated automated submissions.

Why we use it

Only to answer your enquiry, prepare quotes and samples, and continue the business conversation you started. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Where it is kept

Enquiries are stored in this website's database on our hosting account and sent by email to our sales inbox. Only our own staff can see them.

How long we keep it

As long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and any business that follows from it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent us by emailing nazmul@rashidtextilemills.com. We will reply within a reasonable time.

Cookies and third parties

• We set one session cookie that protects the enquiry form against forged submissions. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
• The maps on the contact page load Google Maps only after you press “Show map”.
