What fabrics do you weave?
100% cotton twill, broken twill, twill stripe, cotton dobby stripe, herringbone, bedford cord, hi-low and mini bedford cord, ottoman, oxford, canvas, panama canvas, sheeting, poplin, rip-stop, calico and any kind of dobby design.
Can you weave our own construction or design?
Yes. Our looms weave 1/1 plain and 2/1, 3/1, 4/1, 2/2 and 3/2 twills as well as cords and ribs, and our rapier looms take dobby designs. Send the construction, width and a swatch or tech pack.
What is your production capacity?
About 2.20 lakh (220,000) yards of greige and 1.20 lakh (120,000) yards of finished fabric per month, on 31 Picanol rapier and 56 Toyota air-jet looms.
Do you dye and finish in-house?
Dyeing and printing are done at established partner mills on a commission basis (Asian Textile Mills, Unimex Textile Mills, Litun Fabrics and HH Textile Mills), under our own quality supervision.
Which finishes can you offer?
Reactive solid dyed, pigment dyed, two-tone, camouflage, pigment print on solid, disperse print, PU coating, and regular, peach, water-repellent, saliva-proof, paper-touch or hard finishes.
Which markets do you ship to?
Our fabric goes to buyers in Europe, the USA, Canada, Turkey, Australia and Latin America.
How is fabric delivered?
Finished rolls leave the mill on our own transport, which is how we keep our on-time delivery commitment.
What should I include in an enquiry?
Fabric type, construction (count and density), width, finish, colour, quantity, delivery date and destination country. If you are unsure, send a reference swatch or photo and we will advise.
